Getting to be "normal" again

I am doing better...my levels were crazy yesterday, but seem to have "leveled" (no pun intended!) out today. I was waking up on the higher side for about a week. So I upped my night time basal a small amount, and it seemed to work! As far as my body recouperating from tuesday, I am still throwing a small amount of keytones. But I have been flushing them out like crazy. I think I us… Continue

I just read your post. Hope you are feeling better. My ex wife's daughter Lara tried the Omnipod when she was two but she rolled around on the floor so much she pulled it out. It looks like a great product. I like your taste in music. If you can, take a listen to my 16 year old Nikki Lang at www.nikkilang.com or on Itunes. She was diagnosed at 10. Good luck and feel better!

Hey I saw you are on the omnipod. I'm hoping to get one in december. I've been hearing some bad things on it and saw that you loved it so I was wondering if you could give me some info. Hope you are having a great friday!

Well, we have four now and it gets a little Chi-crazy with their Chi-ness! But they are all well worth it! I highly recommend a Chi if you like to laugh!

We have a lot in common, sugarrbabie05. And I enjoy reading your posts. You have a great sense of humor.

I was diagnosed T1 at age 10, too. And like you, I never really knew any other diabetics. This site has been totally liberating for me! I'm now 28, newly married (obviously), and am trying to get my numbers down so I can have babies. I teach high school. You must be my friend now.
