i got my insurance cards today. what a relief. the best part is i can still use the same doctor. it has vision, but i can't use the same doctor on that, so i will be checking out a new eye doctor. there are a few differences. like co-pay for scripts is $30.00 for name brand instead of $20.00, but i can handle that a lot more then no insurance at all. it tells me i can order my scripts on-line through their on-line pharmacy (medco) it's a few dollars cheaper and you get three months worth of medi…

that when this bunch of poison ivy is gone i will never go near it again.
ok, this is the fifth time i have said that this year. i never use to be allergic to poison ivy. as a kid i could roll through it and never get it. but two years ago i got it during a very emotional time, and every time i get into it now, i get it again. my son and i started clearing the field next to the garage this year. so i have gotten it three times just helping to clear the field. well, we stopped that for the summer…

you can tell it's fair week. we have had rain all week except yesterday. never fails. maybe they should pick a different week. my daughter's husband got out of work early so we decided to go to the fair. ok, i can get a lot of walking exercise. number one rule--stay away from the curly fries. i did too. but i had two lemonades. i asked for less sugar, but that didn't happen. they were good though. i also had a snow cone. light on the cherry stuff. then i had a slice of pizza. hummmm was that goo…

Ahaha, thats good that you guys have a sense of humor with it :)
Alot of the nurses or people at the hospital know me from all of my previous hospital visits, or know my mom because shes been working at the hospital for atleast 15 years? (Shes a flight nurse and currently the manager for the Life Flight program in our region of Ohio)
And i usually enjoy going to the doctors or going with my mom to work, because they have known everyone since before i was born! :( Im sorry.
Thanks again, talk to you later!
Carly. :)
I have a little bit of that knowing too. It often happens that I get deja vu feelings which is exactly on the detail as I remember it from a dream or something. And sometimes if I've lost something, I can find it again by just relaxing, close my eyes and focus on that thing I want to find and then I'll just follow my feelings and usually I'll find the missing object. But sometimes my feelings can be bad news too... Once a few years ago, I had a nightmare, in that nightmare a friend died. And in the morning I found out an online friend had passed away that very same night :S
I'm not a big fan of loud noices either, and I'd easily put thunder into that category when it's right above you :S
And there's also stories from my home village, in the apartment area where I grew up, about people who's gotten lightningbolts coming out from the wall and soar through their livingroom or something. That kinda freaks me out a bit :S It probably won't happen here though. I'm very close to the tallest construction in scandinavia (the Öresund bridge- which is also one of the tallest and longest suspension bridges in the world), I'd see it if I just lived a bit higher up. And the railroad is also very close. So if lightning was to hit anywhere near me, it would be in the bridge or powerlines over the railroad :P
crazy i know, but i have been known to hear a thunderstorm way far off in the distance and go run a nice hot bath. when it gets close i get out. then i am toasty warm and i can really enjoy the storm going off around me. my family says i'm the strangest person they know. a friend of mine fights her dog for under the bed rights. she is totally scared of thunderstorms. she runs around her house unplugging everything she can and then hides under her bed. everyone's different, that's what makes us all interesting.
for the record, i won't go for a walk in a thunderstorm. i do have a few brain cells left.
