A Short line about me:

I have been a Diabetes Type 2 since 2004. I am currently on Januvia and Metformin. I used to be on Avandia and Amaryl but had to get off to breathing problems and shortness of breath. Even with these problems it kept my levels down. But now with Januvia, my heart rates are good but it is hard to keep the levels down. According to my doctor, I will be on insulin in the very near future. This disease is VERY frustrating and I am here to gain more support and knowledge of this life changing disease. Not to mention, the great friends that I will make in the meantime. They say that one can never have to many friends in their lifetime.

Hello Jeff, I responded to everyone and now that I know "how" to respond directly below is what I was trying to say to you two days ago.

Hello Jeff, I feel so good about finding this site. I am hoping to get a lot of good information and support here and I hope that I will be able to provide advice and support to all of you. I received my pump on Monday and I have scheduled all of my remaining classes so within the next month I should be using it. Thanks for the welcome.
