Hi Cara,
It's wonderful you're a teacher. What do you teach? (Just Curios). I remember my chemistry teacher in H.S. being a type 1.

Thank you Cara!!!! Appreciate it. I'm trying to get my daughter Nikki to join. She's 16, a facebook fanatic. She just sang at The Children With Diabetes convention in Orlando. If you haven't see her site, ck it out www.nikkilang.com (or on Itunes) she was diagnosed at 10 and sang at the Monterey Jazz Festival last year. She's undeterred by her diabetes. I'm encouraging her to join tudiabetes. I think it's a great site and could be a way for other teens to know her and her music.

It seems that I am bouncing around like a ball right now. My sugar is getting pretty high and low. I am testing all the time and I keep adjusting my insulin but it is still not under control.

Thanks Cara. I've joined the TN group. I will definitely check out the TN event info and see if it's something I can work out. I look forward to the contacts and wealth of knowledge I'll receive from being a part of this site. Thanks again!
