I have have had my son attend the same school since his diagnonsis. He is attending private Kindergarten, due to me being neurotic and wanting him to have special attention for a while. I trained his teacher, the owner of the school on how to test him and adminster his insulin through his pump. She has been spectacular. I gave her a glucagon kit along with information on how and where to give the shot if it was ever needed. She was told that it was illegal for her to have this at her school or t…

I just wanted to stop by and say "hi" . I'm also in the Northeast and Parents groups, and I'm in southern NH,so we are practically neighbors.
How long has your son been pumping? I'm guessing not too long since he's got the newer cozmo . My son's one-year pump anniversary with the Cozmo is coming up next week. Please feel free to drop by my page and say "hi".

My son, Riley, was diagnosed when he was 3. He is 5 now and on an Animas insulin pump.
